Before you write

A few things save time for both of us:

  • Order questions: include your order number. It is in your confirmation email.
  • Returns and exchanges: see our Refund and Return Policy first, then email us to request a return authorization. Please do not ship anything back before we send you the authorized return address.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photograph if you can.
  • Address changes or cancellations: email within 2 hours of placing your order.
